At Urban Jungly, we want you to love your new look; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the garments in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
